15-Day Return Policy:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from us contact Montecito Sports with the problem and we will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in unused condition, in original shipping boxes (do not use the product box to ship) and with hang-tags etc, so as to insure full credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if return does not meet these conditions. When shipping product back to us, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. It will really help if you include the information we need to quickly identify you and the order. A copy of the packing list or order will make the process go faster. If you don't have that just write down your info. Credit make take up to 30 days to appear on your account.Thank you!

Manufacturer Warranty:
All products sold by Montecito Sports also carry full manufacturer warranties. These warranties protect you from basic defects and failure in use. In many cases we will direct you to the Manufactorer for return of defectives so that you may get quicker and more direct replacement.
